November was a blur. It was another busy month with lots of fun activities. We dedicated Kenzie at Family Dedication at church. Which means Daddy & Mommy are saying they want to raise her to love Jesus too! I spent lots of time with MomMom 2 and she’s lots of fun. She’s one of my favorite people! I started potty training full time this month and it is a lot of work for me and Mommy! Thanksgiving was fun. The Berry Tribe came over and so did PopPop, MomMom, and MomMom 2. We watched the parade, some football, ate lots of yummy food, and even got to play outside. I gave Mommy a hard time with naps this month, but by the end I figured out that going to sleep fast meant I could get up earlier and have more time to play.

October keeps us very busy! We get to do lots of fun things like pick pumpkins, carve pumpkins, play in the leaves, got trick or treating. Or as I like to say, “I want Trick or Treat!” I’ve started to use the potty more and more this month even telling someone when I need to go sometimes. I am loving playing cars and trains with Daddy, and I think he likes playing with me too! I am learning to help Mommy more and more as we take care of Kenzie. I’ve really started to like watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. It is a fun show where we solve puzzles. I am getting pretty good at drawing and asking to do that a lot more. OH and Mommy and I made an AWESOME tunnel this month. She’ll have to show you a picture of it soon!

September was a very wet month. We spent Labor Day at the lake. Then we celebrated Josh’s birthday. The basement flooded and my toy room had to be moved back up stairs again. Mommy and Daddy spent the rest of the month working on cleaning up and getting the basement back together. I am learning to be gentle with Kenzie and being a big helper to Mommy. I have a new love for waffles and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. I love to “sing the Bible”.

August was a fun month. We went to the lake with the Fasnacht gang. Kenzie started to react to me when I talked to her. I got a new red scooter and like riding it a lot. I like to use long sentences to explain what I’m thinking to Mommy & Daddy, and anyone else who will listen. I have developed a love for pancakes and helping Mommy make them. Duplo Legos are a new favorite toy.

I turned 2!!!

There were many adventures in July aside from Mackenzie’s arrival. We had lots to celebrate so we had 1 big party to do it. Daddy and Mommy turned 30 and I think they handled it pretty well. :-) They also celebrated their 10th anniversary which means they’ve been married for 10 YEARS!!! I turned 2!!!!! and Mackenize was born. It was one big party! We went to Hershey Park with MeMe and PaPa and Uncle Matt & Aunt Jackie and my cousins. I started swimming more on my own with only swimmies with Daddy there to help. I like to keep Mommy on her toes, but she says I’m handling all this change really well even if I do test her a lot. I also got to move to Oyster Bay at church now that I’m 2 and I love it. We “Sing the Bible” and it is fun!

Mackenzie finally arrived on July 8th. I got to spend the night with MomMom and PopPop and the rest of the weekend with MeMe while Mommy and Daddy were at the hospital with Mackenzie. I was really excited to see Mackenzie. She even brought me some presents which I thought was really cool! I got Mommy flowers, and Mackenzie a purple bear for when they came home from the hospital. I like to give “Kenzie” kisses, and to hold her. I also like to help pat her back when she needs to burp. I’m learning to help Mommy now that she has her hands full with both of us. I get diapers, burp cloths, and pacifier when we need them. I am very concerned about Kenzie being ok and I want to know where she is all the time. I can’t wait for her to get bigger so we can play together.

July started off really fun! We went to the lake for 4th of July weekend and had lots of fun, driving the boat, playing in the water, and eating S’mores by the campfire. Mommy was going to have Mackenzie soon, but we had lots of fun with MomMom and PopPop for one last weekend as a family of 3.

In June we laid low cause Mommy was getting ready for Mackenzie to be born. We spent time getting the house ready and things in place for her arrival. We went to Hershey Park and built my new play set. I helped Mommy around the house as she was tired a lot. We went swimming for the first time of the summer and it was lots of fun, but I was a little unsure at first.

May was a busy month. We celebrated Mother’s Day by taking Mommy out to lunch after church. I learned to nap in my big boy bed. We started to get to play outside even more and I enjoyed playing in my water tub A LOT! Hershey Park opened for the season and we got to go ride lots of rides which is so much fun. MeMe got to come for a surprise visit for Mackenzie’s shower. We got to spend the weekend getting hugs and bubbles and loving on MeMe.
